The Asian Expansion: Southeast is an ambitious mod created to enhance the experience of playing as any of the countries of Southeast Asia. The mod changes the leaders, advisors, generals and names to reflect the real life.





Leaders created covered countries from their foundation until 2024. So, you could play as the real Sultan of Brunei in the 1440 or 2022 or any scenario in between if you wanted to. This feature is compatible with other scenarios unless there is another leader mod activated for the same country at the same time.



Advisors are only available for select scenario, and will not be showing on unsupported scenarios. There are only max of 4 starting advisors that can be created, which will be the senior or relevant ministers in the current cabinet.



Generals are only available for select scenario, and will not be showing on unsupported scenarios. They are picked from most recent of the different branches of the Armed Forces - Army, Navy and Air Forces. Their strength are randomized to avoid bias.



Names are created based on the unused ministers or deputies in the current cabinet that were not selected as advisors. This feature is compatible with other scenarios unless there is another names mod activated for the same country at the same time.
