Best destroyable dupe ever created in Garry's Mod XD.
Optimal house for "survival roleplays" like Natural Disaster survival or Nuke survival etc...
And the best thing about it...... You don't need any addons!

Some Features:
- Big window for enjoying the view.
- Balcony with staircase to Second floor.
- Boiler to keep you warm in winter times.
- Working main doors, balcony doors & second floor doors.

Known Issues:
- when you spawn the house all doors will be glitched for some weird reason. But atlest it has easy fix... Just try to move
the doors around with your physgun but not too strongly. The doors will repair and work as they should :)
