Hello Chadly! I have download this but it won't spawn in game. Is there a way to fix it or if not can you?

Everything else is fine, but there's an error where the head comes out like a weird rock. This is true not only for G toilet 5.0 but also for 4.0 and 1.0 add-ons. I've tried most of the methods and haven't found a solution. If anyone knows a solution, I'd appreciate it if you could let me know.
