You have ruined the Ottoman Empire with the updates made, the country that used to have 40 factories is now 12 factories, the number of factories of Bulgaria is 9 at the beginning of the game, this is what I will say, at the same time, so many small micro cities are established that points are insufficient when separatist movements are tried to suppress.

Can we have some south america focuses? or just a couple of decisions to remove all of their negative national modifiers during a playthrough, like "haciendas" in Chile
