Also the Odessa located in transnistria lacks the port + dynamic name "OdesSa" when owned by Russia

@DailyLithium so you want to make kattowitz to become kattowitz and zaolzie, start as a split state between Prussian and Austria? Or perhaps it is better to make 2 states?

Please divide the states into Sichuan and add the states of Kham. You can refer to Wikipedia kham for location and area
