Cursed Soup's 2002 overhaul

Description
New and never before released version of my 2002 c17 mod. The terminal plaza is directly inspired by the e3_trainstation and e3_strider maps, and the inner city canals are inspired by various sewer maps from 2002 as well.

This was hastily uploaded as im getting a new PC and I don't have any backups oif my mods lmao. Expect jank (cough cough WIP full resolution skybox buildings cough cough) updates will come in the future. I also plan to overhaul ravenholm and nova prospekt in the future, and those will be included in this mod. My 2002 skyboxes mod and 2002 nature mod are highly recomended!

Fixed the watertowers missing textures! Going through all my stuff now that I have free time, plan on fixing and updating things.

Don't worry I intend to ONLY replace map textures with these mods and the trees. i MIGHT make a misc beta prop replacements, but that depends on how much time.

Thats very odd, afaik windows don't use a special texture for reflections they should just be on the map already? I dont have the original files for this so it may take time to fix. sorry yalls

forget to add that it seems to only happen on anti-citizen one (and maybe fellow freeman, but i didn't play up to that point yet)
