Crowju Race

This mod added a new HAR race, faction, equipments and a simple tech tree related to it (I intend to expand upon it later!) The crowju is an interstellar race known for ruthless and predatory nature. Based on their nomad fleets, they plunder every planes they come across with their planet crackers. (you'll have access to a baby version of it)
They are fond of single shot, long range weapons and they have a deeply rooted hatred toward mechanoids. In combat they'll make active use of their wings to approach or get away from their enemies.

Crowju is a humanoid alien race with wings too weak to fly over long distances, but strong enough to make short, tactical glides. Roofs can prevent their take off and landing, but heavy equipments may enable them to break through artificial roofs. They lived a militarism society which devoted every effort to fuel their revenge towards mechanoids.
The "crowju mentality" trait which most crowjus have shows their subjection to the indoctrination of crowju fleets. They will prefer single shot weapons over automatic ones, and will be upset about mechanoid presense.

At the moment there're only female crowjus in game. Whether NPC crowjus can use their glide ability can be toggled in mod setting, which is default on.

The crowju vanguards is a scout detachment sent to this rimworld from the crowju fleet. They're hostile to almost every other faction, and their goal is to survey this planet and determine the value of it.

The core drill technology will be available when the planet is deemed worthy. It can produce materials from geothermal vents to aid in your expansion.

Morin is a fierce carnival with thick armor shell. It is widely used by crowjus as combat animal.


This mod includes 40 pieces of equipments, from underwear to power armor, for soldiers and commanders. Many apparels provide decent insulation against cold weather.

The weapons provided in this mod include bows, guns, blades and a single manned turret. As crowju disliked automatic weapon, all ranged weapons in this mod are single shot and has superior range. Rifles and punt guns are used to attack enemy at range while revolvers and shotguns, as well as blade weapons are for close combat. Several spacer weapons specialized against mechanoids, that cause debuffs as well as decent damage can be found on elite soldiers with power armor.


Our next step will focus on the intereaction with the fleet, which technologies, resources and supports will be unlocked or given from them in exchange of intel.
