Basically it Revised Subtitles Mod by Vox but with Teto Edit.

REQUIRED MANUAL INSTALLATION

Step 0: Subcribe to this addons then go ingame for it to download or download this mod via Crowbar
Step 1: Download GCFScape or Crowbar
Step 1: Open this addon via GCFScape or Crowbar Unpack, you can find this addon in /left4dead2/addons/workshop
Step 3: Extract all the files and put them in their respective folders. You want to replace the files that are named subtitles_english.dat
