Description
Adds a shader that pixelates the game and has it use Hhellweii's Aberration palette.

Makes Starbound look like a totally different game.

Requires OpenStarbound [github.com].

note: preview image screenshot was taken on a multiplayer server

also note: OpenStarbound shaders are incompatible with SSAA and will break when that is enabled.

have you made sure to turn off SSAA
