GPD Common Cars Pack

The Galaxy Police Cars has updated and all the textures are now actually good.

Story: After the Joe Shredder War the JSA agreed to give District A their war weapons and District A recieved a lot of funding for that so they had refurbished all their older vehicles so that they can extend their lifespan.

I'll try to add photon versions soon, but as of now you can either find a photon version of the desired vehicle or weld lightbars to it.
