The Talent was first made by the train factory Tabolt. Following a merger with Bombardier the train got its current name which is actually a german acronim translating to Tabolt Light Train. The train is used in several European countries, and Canada.
There are a couple different version of the train. Some are power by diesel, and some are electric. The length of the train varies between 2 and 4 carriages. However they can, of course, be coupled together.

Making liveries, using the train for screenshots or using the train on your layout is allowed and does not require permission.

PS: If you want to make a livery please note the UV isn't unwraped into propper faces

Thanks.
Well you can just put a panthograph on the ÖBB version. Of course that won't change the sounds but in terms of looks it will work.
The Talent actually has two versions: A DMU, And an EMU, ÖBB only uses the EMU versions, But its still amazing!
