(Read Desc)Captain's Custom Cutlass Name fix

This Requires a manual install please take the file labeled "Capn's Graded Weapons" From "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\488860\3464460527" and replace the one in the folder with cap'n's weapons located here "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\488860\3272913958" It is possible that you may have to replace the "Capn_s" with an "Capn's" if the window with the option to replace doesn't show up. It might also help deleting the other file named "Capn's Graded Weapons" (i think its a .txt file you want to keep the .json file)

Makes the cutlass from Cap'n's Weapon Pack more unique so it will cause less errors with another cutlass mod.
