RL30 Yellow Whitcomb

This narrow gauge diesel switcher is modeled in RL30 scale, meaning it runs on 30in gauge at the default Rolling Line scale. As such, this is compatible with anything that runs on the in-game checkrails.

This little thing is inspired by a particular spec of a popular On30 Whitcomb model attached in the slideshow.
