Description
Enables a scroll bar and side arrows for the rites window. Designed to work with my Dark Elves Rework mod, no idea if it works with anything else nor do I care. Uses Rhox's mod as a base but is edited by me.

If your UI locks up after opening the rites window you have either a mod conflict or a machine issue according to Rhox; I know nothing about TWUI. Either remove mods that use/alter TWUI or don't use this mod.

Can confirm works as a standalone. Good for that Old World Rites mod + rites added by SFO
