Behold, the West German F-4F Phantom, sporting the iconic Norm 72 camouflage.
The Phantoms comes in four markings:
  • Jagdgeschwader 71 'Richthofen'
  • Jagdgeschwader 74 'Mölders' - name received in 1973, dropped in 2005
  • Jagdbombergeschwader 35 'Pferdsfeld' - dissolved and integrated to JG 73 'Steinhoff' in 1994
  • Jagdbombergeschwader 36 'Westfalen' - renamed Jagdgeschwader 72 'Westfalen' in 1991, dissolved in ~2002

When the F-4F entered Luftwaffe service, the Luftwaffe had already been operating a version of the Phantom. The RF-4E had started replacing the RF-104G in the two Luftwaffe Aufklärungsgeschwader (reconnaissance wings) AG 51 and AG 52 in 1971. The F-4F is based on the F-4E with minor modifications, partly to improve commonality with the RF-4E. Thanks to the incorporation of semi-automatic slats and a lower weight than the F-4E, the F-4F was the most manoeuvrable version of the F-4 Phantom II. Due to a simplified radar compared to the F-4E, the F-4F had no capability to use the AIM-7 Sparrow and was unable to track low flying or multiple targets. There was also no provision to carry guided air-to-ground missiles (AGM). However, the Peace Rhine upgrade in the early 1980s provided these West German Phantoms the ability to use AGM-65s.

The mod also includes a what-if companion for the Phantoms in the form of F-15C Eagles. The same Norm 72 camouflage is applied for the Jagdgeschwader 31 'Boelcke' unit, while the Norm 80 is applied to the Jagdgeschwader 34 'Allgäu' in their alternate squadron missions.

Disclaimer
In no way I claim these to be accurate (especially the fact that I'm only retexturing the base game F-4E, which have some parts of its model that weren't actually present on the actual F-4F). The F-4F camouflage may be inaccurate, especially with the tail ID markings, however, I added these for the sake of differentiating from each units (JG 71 and 74).
The F-15C camouflage, while based on Norms 72 and 80, are in no way real and made up for the looks.
Some loadouts for the Phantoms may also be inaccurate but it's there for the sake of variations.
