The British Rail Class 395 Javelin is a dual-voltage electric multiple-unit (EMU) passenger train built by Hitachi Rail as part of the Hitachi A-train AT300 family for high-speed commuter services on High Speed 1 and elsewhere on the South Eastern franchise. The whole fleet is operated by Southeastern.

By setting it as such in the MDL file. It's not bi-mode per-say. it's just set as diesel internally so it can run on modded 3rd rail tracks

omg finally a 395! i didnt even notice this mod existed until today! but then i havent been on transport fever in ages so yeah..

now the next SE stuff on the list to spawn into existence is:
class 465/466 (these actual pieces of beauty!)
class 365 (original front end from the ones that opterated on the CML)
class 376
class 707

of course mods take a lot of time and effort, i honestly appreciate so much the amount of effort all mod developers make, especially you guys!
