History

Construction started in 1958, She was launched in 1959, Before sailling her sea trials in Early 1960, Her route was from Wellington-Picton New Zealand She had a uneventful career, Until 1969, When she caught fire, 1 of her lfieboats never got to launch as fire ingulfed it, the rest of the lifeboats made it off, and same story for most of the rafts, Sadly 24 People perished. with 139 survivors. She was luckily not loaded fully that day. Her wreck was salvaged. and she was rebuild. Before she caught fire again in 1999, this time the fire made it to her fuel tank for the gasoline generator, And she exploded into a fireball, Killing 68 people, and wounding 144, She was towed back to Wellington again, before being scrapped.

I dont know how often i have to explain this, but i have terrible visions, the yellow lines blend in to the background alot for me, so if i did hook it up, i would spend days having to respond to comments pin pointing stuff that did not get hooked up, Sorry.
