Warp icons for vanilla and Downpour regions

Description
Adds warp icons for regions that don't have them, so when you (by some ungodly means) go to normal regions as Watcher, they won't appear as blank circles.

This is for Watcher DLC. If you go as watcher to vanilla regions, on this spherical scheme they will be just blank circles, this mod fixes that

Even though I have no reason to have this, I like things like this because even though I( probably) won't experience it, knowing it is a thing makes it feel like the game is more open world and less linear, even if the game is kind of open world already.

you need to be far enough from the echo, you can do this easily in Chimney, harder in Farm Arrays (you can jump down, but you also need to survive the cycle after the echo is gone and save), and i not sure it's possible in shaded, because echo room is one screen

technically you can stay on the old world after the 3d echo, and if you do, you still get the warp scheme, that has only this region you're in. And you can even go back to industrial and outskirts and do whatever you want in the old world as long as you want...

It WAS really weird that only a few basegame regions (Chimney Canopy, Farm Arrays, Shaded Citadel) have icons even though they are inaccessible post-prologue (presumably because they have echoes?).

Do you think is it possible to add the watcher map for normal/downpour Slugcats?
Like been able to see all the regions maps and check the directions and what regions are next, I think it would be so cool!
