Add-ons and MODs are different things.
Add-ons include features that support refueling stations, circuit racing, and time attacks.
If you don't need these features, you don't need to enable them.

Temporary files for development were also included.
These have been removed.

would be neat to have a lighter (download size) version, maybe separating the paved and dirt version, or just the hill climbs without the tracks, or just the tracks without the hill climb
