Description
This is just a small, but maybe growing collection of config driven Utility that i like to have for some of my mods.

Template Copier
Config File: XComSKV_Copier
Let's you copy a template onto a newly created one. Should copy almost everything so you have an identical copy. Works for WeaponTemplate, Armortemplate, AmmoTemplate, GrenadeTemplate, EquipmentTemplate and WeaponUpgradeTemplate

Spawn Modifier
Config File: XComAdvancedSpawnModifier
Let's you remove a Unit from a Spawnlist, change how many can be in a group, the spawnweights or the force levels. You can also set up Collections for easier Manipulations.

Disable Weapon Building
Config File: XComDisableWeaponBuilding
Let's you define Weapons that will changed to be not buildable, not starting weapons and not infinite. I use this for Loot-only weapons. Template Master of course can do the same but with more config lines required, but more flexibility.

Loot Adjustments
Config File: XComStukovLoot
Let's you add Items to any Loottable. Yes this is part of several other mods, but here it is a little bit "better". Because it will check if the Item even exists and only add it if it exists. This should prevent Loottables from breaking because of non.existant items. I also have two variants in the config, wher +Lootentry justs adds it, while +LootentryRec will recalculate the chances so it will always be 100% if all items are combined.

Supported Followers Adjustments
ConfigFile:XComAdvancedFollowerSupport
New Feature - similar to LordAbizis Mod "All Followes Supported" but a lot more finetuneable if you like/need more customisation. What does this do? It has several "rules" (Examples present in the config file):
  • LeadersToNukeFollowers - will just remove any followers of that unit. You can then add to it.

  • WhoCanFollowWho - can set which units it will follow

  • FollowersBySpawnList - you can decide a unit gets all units from a spawn list as supported followers. Quite useful if you want for example add new units to the lost

  • UnitsWhoCanFollowAnybody - this is pretty much the same as LordAbizis Mod, but on a unit selective basis

  • WhoCannotFollowWho - removes follower units from a leader.

Console Commands
Yes there are even new console commands here
  • SKV_PrintLootTable - This will print the conents of a Loottable into the Log
  • SKV_CheckFollowers - Prints the Followers of a unit
  • SKV_CheckSpawnList - Prints the units that are part of this spawn list
  • SKV_WhoCanIFollow - Prints which units the unit can follow

Not-A-Modder
I am still not a modder, so if anything doesn't work as you expect it, or you miss something please inform me. Please also tell me why you downvote.

you can definetly remove mambas from encounter lists. you just need to find all the lists they are part of.
and you can add items to loot tables, you need to know the names of the loottables

technically you could do both parts without my mod, but i prefer it this way as it is a lot safer

Hi Stukov. So with these cogfigs I can remove frost mambas (they're glitching for me) and add cryolite, cores and Tesla boxes to Timed loot. Right?

Very useful - thanks!

I forgot to mention, there is also a console command to check loot tables

it does not clean up loot tables, as the loottable doesn't technically exist if it has a non-existant entry.

Currently it is not possible to remove an item from all loottables. But i will keep this in mind. You could add it to the discussion so i have a harder time forgetting it

Does this 'clean' up existing loot tables that might have non-existent entries?

Could you add the opposite (removing an item from all loot tables)? I'm not sure if they will need a default item so none are empty (so you get supplies rather than nothing).

by itself this mod doesn't really do anything. it just provides me/you with some tools

doubt this will fit in much with my collection but i will sub to it just because i like reading through your configs to see if there's anything i can add to mine from it
