See the video above for audio demonstration!
  • Made using a Cool Edit Pro script that was made by Jess Cliffe (voice of the bots) himself (probably)
  • It was found alongside unfiltered voicelines (and Rammstein solos(?)) in Counter-Strike: Condition Zero's beyta files (by TRS too!!).
  • Affects all of Bill's voicelines
  • Should work and sound without issues and without doing any "snd_rebuildaudiocache" or unpacking and "addoninfo.txt" shenanigans
  • Idk what else to put...

may I ask howd you achieve this effect? I cant seem to find any refrence to any cool edit pro scripts and your work is really cool and id like to know how to recreate such authentic sounding voice snippets from 1.6, thanks in advance!
