More Ger Facation Part2

This mod additionally adds four factions: the German Second Reich, the German Second Reich Navy Flag, the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and the Austrian Empire. It also changes the charge voice to a whistle sound effect. The voice pack will be updated later! Dieses Mod fügt zusätzliche vier Fraktionen hinzu: das Deutsche Kaiserreich (Zweites Reich), die Flagge der Kaiserlichen Marine des Zweiten Reichs, Österreich-Ungarn und das Österreichische Kaiserreich. Es ändert auch die Angriffsstimme in einen Pfeifenton. Der Sprachpaket wird später aktualisiert! 这个模组额外增加了四个阵营：德意志第二帝国、德意志第二帝国海军旗、奥匈帝国、奥地利帝国并将冲锋语音改为冲锋哨音效。语音后续还会更新！
