[VScript] Sara Kirishima Custom Talker

No more replacing Rochelle or Zoey's voice??

This is only for custom survivors with the context name: "Sara"

still wip, testing more before moving onto other voices

There is an ems cfg settings at:
Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\ems\custom_talker
Here you can change the volume, soundlevel, and pitch, if you want.
You can also change which voice lines should use which sound files.

Apparently, BigFellaBubsy found that the sourcemod "[L4D2] Vocalize Based Model.smx" plugin makes Sara use Louis' voice. Why? idk
