This addnon adds a colourable glowing material to the Material Tool.
Material itself comes with the base game but initially is not available in the Material Tool.

Can be used in building, scenic, etc.

"lights/white" is the name of the material, usually it is the first in the list but may move somewhere else.

Looks good with bloom/"Edge Glow Tool"
