(DX11)Deep Space Transceiver

Beskrivning
Description: Deep Space Transceiver is an extremely powerful large 20 meters antenna dish, 7x7x9 blocks. It is capable on sending and receiving data at distances up to 2 million km. It is perfect choice for establishing communications between different planets, remote stations or deep space research vessels. NOTE, hovever, than minimum possible elevation for the dish is 33 degrees, so plant theese accordingly so target of connection was higher above horizon than that.

It requires 70 Mw for turning the dish and 3 Mw for maintaining the connection itself, spending 0.5 Mw in idle.

Known issues:
1. It is silent. I want it to make noises as it turns. Waiting for possibility to mod them in.

Everything seems to be ' out of the valid movement range ' no matter how / where the two scopes are pointed. Is this now to be expected ? or am I doing something funky ?

I think the vanilla item is just a big antenna, not a laser antenna so it's static

you can get similar model now in vanilla from one of the dlcs if i am not mistaken?

Laser Antenna has infinite range now so not sure what this would be used for other than looking fancy. Was cool though

Really wish someone would adopt this and make it work for current builds, either as a laser antenna or converted to a normal antenna(even if that means make it static)

it works, but some of the parts are not showing corectly, some are pink even from distance, and because of the new texture updates, non of the parts will take on texture. would be nice if it got updated, but its not imperitive to the function of the mod.
