This is a map for a Florida-inspired Gulf Coast metropolis, like Tampa/St. Petersburg. I started by taking a map of Mumbai (http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/5367-bombay/) from Simtropolis, shrunk it to fit inside the playable area, drew in new surrounding geography to fit the "Florida" concept, lowered some elevations and smoothed some terrain, and then added in trees and resources. The one component that does not work as I would like are the rivers, since I have yet to grasp how water sources are supposed to work. Feel free to enlighten me in the comments!
