b) ...was not acting on behalf of Kaiser, the original author of the map.
c) ...should realize that filing false DMCA claims is a criminal offense and he will be prosecuted.

While I did use someone else's map to export, it stopped being their map the second I ported it to HD, with it being given full credits to the original while I simply upload it for entertainment sake.
