Not quite as hard as the last one. The first mini-puzzle was interesting, and while the main chamber seems intimidating there wasn’t the “mindbender” factor present in the 15th. It was a little difficult to find some things, but for the most part one step led to the next.
And I’m also not sure my method of getting the cube to the wall button is intended. Cubes in funnels being able to pass through portals with grates is a well known bug in the game and I’m sure the actual solution was supposed to be a little more complicated.
But the puzzle itself wasn’t bad. I wonder if the roomy vibe and the random blocks placed on the walls is supposed to represent a breakdown of “things falling apart” as the title suggests. The default PETI editor usually leaves a bit to be desired when this aesthetic style is attempted, but I think I might get the vibe you’re going for, and you’re not doing a bad job using what you have.
