Another requested LCD mod.

What I have done with this one is a small disobedience to the normal texture mod format, in 1 of the 3 included pictures.
-The top one is a normal square version for square LCD panels.
-The bottom left is how textures should be done (512 by 512 resolution) for widescreen(it stretches). However, this result in ugly textures from a distance(see 2nd screenshot with the red arrow).
-The bottom right one has a resolution of 1024 by 512, equaling double the pixels. As shown in the second screenshot this looks much better at distance. On my system i did not have any issues with this, but if you do please let me know in the comments.
