AI custom kingdoms & empires

Beskrivning
Mod allowing AI to form new kingdoms and empires.

This mechanic exists in the vanilla game with Charlemagne DLC, but for some reason AI must have 120 000 prestige to form a new empire. In this mod, the AI's requirements have been adjusted to be the same as players'. Players can establish these kingdoms themselves in vanilla Charlemagne by choosing the option in Intrigue tab when they have enough of cash, prestige and realm.

Such unrealistic requirements are probably in place so AI prefers historical de jure empires and kingdoms making the game follow history better.

Thanks for the kind words! Just a little heads up: I also have a mod in the making that will slightly randomize culture and religion in the random generator, but not totally. A sort of semi-historical setting: Sometimes there's more Muslims in Spain, sometimes just a few. Sometimes there's more Catholics in Levant, sometimes more Jews, sometimes less of each. Same applies to cultures. It's not pretty, but at least gives you some variation from vanilla historical setting, without being too random like the random setting.
