Beskrivning
***Updated: windows now light up at night!***

Based on the split-level 50's houses on Hasselagränd in "new town" Vällingby, Stockholm, this building looks like a bungalow from the street but has two full floors towards the back garden. There's also a version with an extra sun deck, Stockholm Vallingby B RL2. Place them together or pick your favourite. Both properties come with randomly appearing props and trees, thanks to the talented modder boformer.

Stats:

Level 2, low density residential
Grows on 2x2, 2x3 and 2x4 lots

Main model: 771 triangles
Custom LOD: 56 triangles

Main texture: 1024x1024 px
LOD texture: 256x128 px

Now part of the Stockholm Larger Row Houses building theme!

This asset looks really nice!
Are you planning on making more Vällingby-assets in the near future? :)

I'm afraid my buildings will keep looking "too clean" until I've come up with a non-repetitive way of adding details to the exterior. If it's any consolation houses in Sweden in general, and Vällingbyhöjden in particular, tend to be well kept IRL. Hardly a crack in sight! :-)

In regards to the question: This house has a flat base and behaves like any other house in the game when placed on a slope - there'll be clipping in the upper end and visible foundation wall in the lower end. Thanks to the raised driveway it can handle a bit of a slope before the clipping affects the garage doors, but on a steep hill it will definitely show. But that's just how the game works.

Nice! The only problem is that it looks to clean (no cracks, dirt), not like a 60 years old building.

What happens when you place these on a steep hill? I imagine that it some kind of wall will be generated in the front yard.
