M Tower

4x4 office buiding based on the unique models of the Rochaverá towers:

It is a level 3 office building. It has 20 floors and around 80m of height.

The model has 418 triangles with a texture of 1024x1024. The lot has less than 100 triangles.

They are adapted versions made to fit in 4x4 lots. They aren't exactly the same as you can notice but very similar to its unique counterparts.

OIC, so these 'growables' are just versions of the unique buildings I already have, just with different names? Didn't know that. But looking forward to your other buildings!

@Ziggy_Birdman Probably not. The M Tower and the R Tower already are versions of unique buildings that i made earlier and now I am working on other buildings. Anyway thanks for the interest and for using my buildings. Cheers!

Any chances on making a 'unique building' version of this building as well as the R Tower? Would go great in the plaza I made for your other unique buildings.
