Another Gravel Extraction Mod (admin only)

- A new LargeBlock called Gravel Extractor
- Used gravel to extract ingots
- A very very long build time (only buildable by admins)
- Only a very small amount of Magnesium and Uranium are extracted
- I build this for a Survival Server Safezone

Extracting rates for 10 Gravel are:

50.0 Iron (update!)
0.121 Silicon
0.153 Nickel
0.067 Cobalt
0.052 Silver
0.024 Gold
0.008 Platinum
0.0004 Uranium
0.002 Magnesium

If it would be possible for sometime in the future only produce platnum from rocks mined off world as that is the only place you can find platnum ore veins?
