Longer Names [broken :(]

Description
As of the Shen's Last Gift update this mod no longer works. I will not be attempting to fix it.

This mod increases the maximum length of first names, last names and nicknames to 30 letters each.

The UI won't fit long names, but it scrolls.

You can share soldiers with long names with people that don't have the mod. This mod only changes the allowed length of the textbox when changing names.

@George Zavatsky: Likely not. As usually the patches are the main-culprit for breaking mods, and you get those even without having the DLC.

@Peewi, if my changes prove stable, i'd have no problems with you taking my code and republishing yours. I dont want to hijack anyone's mod.
