Its the Molotov from the Whack-a-Turban montage that is Insurgency. This animation set uses an intricate animation blending system powered by Source IK that allows the hands, lighter and bottle to stay aligned with one another throughout its walk, idle, look pose and use animations, and like with my Killing Floor 2 Pulverizer set, it uses a qc setup to allow a different throwing animation dependant on the direction the player is moving at the time.

This also features some more of my work with refract shaders, this time including the usage of Object-Space normal maps for a detailed glass warp.

This replaces the Molotov on its own normalized animations.

The source files for this set will be uploaded later on. They're not ready just yet.

I would take a look at how other mod authors have done it. Unfortunately it's hard to find only Molotov sounds by itself since they all seem to be packed in with a bunch of other sounds.

take a look around the workshop and find the different packs that change it. and I would highly recommend messaging some of the mod authors to ask them how they do it.

not sure if you will get this but sounds making some glitched sfx at the end of the sound byte which needs to be fixed

Update: it even fuckin conflicts with your own pipe bomb animation mod

for whatever reason, this mod seems to conflict with 90% of the pipe bomb mods in existence same with the version that has the normal L4D Molotov model, it doesn't appear to have any actual conflicts as both the pipe bomb mod and the Molotov mod both work perfectly fine

Also, its it normal that my molotov pretty much never has glass reflections like in the pictures? Tried everything, i really dont know why.

@Squib If you are talking about the pipebomb animation mod, it conflicts because its the exact same animation, tho, it doenst cause problems anyways.
