Colonize Unlimited©

Beskrivelse
What is Colonize Unlimited©
Colonize Unlimited© is designed to allow the player greater freedom in their colonization, especially mid-to-late game. Instead of being limited to planets that already house life, with Colonize Unlimited© one will be able to colonize every planet, provided they have toasters (aka robots).

One can, however, raise the habitability of your newly colonized harsh planet:
  • By researching and/or building +habitability technologies and/or buildings
  • By terraforming (Non-gas based planets)

Features
  • Colonization
    • Tile system for Gas giants, barren, molten, frozen or otherwise uninhabitable planets
    • Ability to colonize all planets in the game.
    • Ability to raise the habitability of the aforementioned planets through specialized buildings.
  • Terraforming
    • A revolutionary new terraforming system following the paths of the following image:

    • A new set of terraforming resources based on the basic ingredients of life: (Oxygen, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Carbon, Carbon dioxide and water)
  • Removed the forced graphics of various solar system components, so that their look will update when terraformed. Can be manually disabled (see GitHub[github.com] for details.)

Compatibility
Colonize Unlimited is incompatible with everything that changes the same files. Therefore testing may be in order.
See GitHub[github.com] for the exact files we changed.

i miss this mod, the good old days of robotic dominance. Heck it was 1.4 version i think, even before utopia. When i was genociding as robots everyone and colonizing everything as utter madman, those were the days, i miss that fun...i wish stellaris was playing again...

@The Noob: Sorry this one has been discontinued a long time ago and was continued in Stange Homeworlds (which is itself discontinued as well).

I might pick Strange Homeworlds up again in the future though, when I'm less busy :)

Although not marked as "discontinued," I see that your last post was over a year ago.
So I ask: is this mod working with version 2.1.3?
I'm currently using a similar mod (The Final Frontier - Colonize Everything), but I found your terraforming tree proposal more interesting.
I just do not want to find out you're no longer compatible with the current version of Stellaris before replacing one.
Very interesting your work. I liked it a lot.

Does the AI colonize planets with robots? If so this mod will be part of my modded playthrough...

this keeps conflicting with another mod ever since 1.6 and I can't even get past the loading screen with this on. :(
