Update 21 December 2017:
- compatible with ME 0.6 and onwards
- also includes newer stock models as placeable blocks (palm trees, cactus, etc.)
- can also be used in survival mode (unlocked after tutorial, crafted from crafting table, from wooden sticks, like magic!)
- blocks can't be cut down, but can be removed with CTRL-X (in creative) or mallet etc. in survival
- plant the blocks in/on the ground, otherwise they might just float, fly away, or sink...

Obviously inspired by SpyderS' tree mods and Machtoc's bush mod, this is a collection of ALL of the stock trees and bushes in Medieval Engineers, placeable as blocks. As an added bonus, there are four small rocks (stock models but with an altered texture), and the static wolf model. Because why not, eh?

I only used these blocks in creative mode myself, and it seemed to work fine (see overly dramatic hilltop ruins screenshot!). Haven't encountered a lot of collision detection problems. The blocks can be removed with CTRL-X, they can't be cut down. Unlike some of the pre-planted bushes, these models are solid, so you can't just waltz through them unfortunately.

Please let me know if this turns out not to work at all, or if you have suggestions/additions for the definitions file.

@Ratatosk Are you able to make the vegetation nonsolid? as it is now, they block movement nearby them.

Could you make a dirt/grass block? Useing voxels on structures can cause problems.

I love it! Can't play without it anymore.
I'm just haveing problems with one of the big bushes hitbox (can't walk trough it, it's like a solid block)

i play at dedicated Server, so creative Mode is no option. it´s not my Server and i never seen the admin XD

Joran: thanks for the warning! Just gave it a try, and the 'HazelLargeBush' model does indeed have a huge collision box, so removing with the mallet doesn't work. You could remove it in Creative with CTRL-X (but that will remove any connected blocks). In my case though, the model itself didn't destroy any blocks it was clipping with. Al of the other trees and bushes have better hitboxes, luckily. Maybe one of these days I can try to fix the collision model of this particular bush.
