nope. it's entirely client-sided - only people who has it will see it, otherwise they'll see the default looks

alas, no, since all npc's share the same base assets of the same species as the player

Does this mod remove some hairstyles for females? I noticed a female apex with a hairstyle I couldn't use myself in the intro that I was actually looking for.
