Glitterworld Medical Kits need 8 Steel, 2 Textiles, and 2 Medical Kits
it is balanced to 80% of the cost to buy the items.

Since vanilla now has a drug workbench this mod is kinda obsolete, right? Unless you don't want to have to use neutroamine.

Just checked the code and yes it should train medical skill with no modifier.
