The Flash (Tech, Items, and Armour)

Adds a tech which allows the user to run extremely fast at a low cost of energy.
The speed force is what The Flash uses to be able to run at such high speeds.
Be prepared to face plant many walls while using this

Currently added:
-Speed Force Tech. Go around 10x faster than the sprint tech (the quest may not work so type /maketechavailable speedforce)
-A Tachyon enhanced version of the speed force (obtained using /maketechavailable tachyonspeedforce)
-The Flash Mask (Obtained at Treasured Trophies), Currently doesn't have a custom icon, but does have custom graphics
-The Flash Chest piece (Obtained at Treasured Trophies), currently does not have a custom icon, but does have custom graphics/animation
-The Flash Pants (Obtained at Treasured Trophies), Currently does not have a custom icon, but does have custom graphics/animation
-Support for all upcomming armours
-Tachyon Harness (Obtained at Treasured Trophies)
-Cold Gun (Captain Cold's weapon) (Will be adding recipe soon, but it is slightly unfinished as it shoots flames yet also seems to do cold damage)
-Hand Held Flamethrower (Heatwave's weapon) (Will be adding a recipe soon. I need to fix that only one weapon shows in your hand while the cold gun or hand held flame thrower is equiped)
-S.T.A.R. Labs items (Vending machine, Cooking table, Coffee machine, Flags) With recipes
-2 different Energy drinks at the vending machine (will be adding food soon)
-All The Flash armour pieces now have augment slots

Needs to be finished/fixed:
-Custom quest to get the speed tech (still testing)
-Custom animation (All done, but for some reason the particles file makes the game crash, and I see nothing wrong with it)
-The Flash Fists (retextured stun gloves with increased rate of fire, Not to be mistaken for lightning gloves, which will throw lightning)

The techs for this mod can be modified for personal use. However, the animations etc. are not to be stolen, and the mod is not to be redistributed/re-uploaded.

In progress:
-Enhanced Tachyon harness (A back piece which increases speed)
-Running on water (It's a pain to do)

To Do:
-Make a custom Flash Suit
-Make a glove (weapon) to shoot lightning bolts
-Make a custom tech that will allow you to run up walls
-Make a custom tech that will allow you to vibrate at the frequency of objects (so you can baisically run through walls).

I am taking requests, and the quests will be more refined. However, before requesting something, make sure it's lore friendly to the flash, or at least possible in the flash universe/multiverse or the starbound universe.

Notes:
For some reason .patch files and .particles files don't work when they are uploaded on the steam workshop. Maybe something to do with being packed?
I will be making a page on the forums where I upload all my .patch files so that you can put them in your mods folder to "activate" parts of the mod which otherwise wouldn't work on the steam workshop.
