About the model
This is part of a small update on the upper east side of New York. There will be one release everyday. This is a 30s style condominium, like you can find many in New York. The 30s style condominiums typically follow a cake layer, with lot's of classic details. Make sure to download the prop, it will appear on 50% of all instances of this building. This model has about 4854 tris and a 4096x512 texture (not fully used though), with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 134 tris with a 512x128 texture, with a diffuse, color, specular, and illumination map.

About the building
This attractive, mottled beige-brick, 19-story building was erected in 1930 and converted to a cooperative in 1987. It has 120 apartments.
The building, which across the street from the Roman Catholic Church of St. John the Martyr, has a nicely modulated façade with handsome limestone detailing around the canopied entrance, angled balconies, gargoyles and octagonal finials on terrace setbacks. It has sidewalk landscaping, a doorman, and handsome, large, multi-paned windows.
It is convenient to many restaurants and neighborhood shopping along Lexington and Third Avenues and is not far from many famous boutiques and art galleries on Madison Avenue. Although the nearest subway station is several blocks away, there is good bus service on this major cross-town street.
