***Please Note - I am not going to make a version of this for atmospheric flight, this was only ever a proof of concept and was never meant to become anything. There is a larger one in works for atmospheric flight.

When the DRI began lunar colonization in earnest, they realized that their regular moon capable transport had a flaw, while many of them could carry great amounts of building supplies and cargo, for the colonists to have continued use of it the transport had to stay grounded. And thus eating credits for every second that ship had to sit there.
To combat this, DRI engineers came up with the Pod system. The idea was that a battery powered cargo pod could be dropped by a cargo ship where ever it was need, would remain there for however long it was needed, then picked up again once the job was done.
The next issue was that none of the DRI transports were really suitable to use the Pod system. So the D-57 was born.


So the D-57 is a Lunar capable, Pod ready, thrust vectoring dropship. It uses Whip's Thruster script to control the thrusters on the rotors, and Twinkies rotor mover script to acheive the desired affect.

Notes:
- You have to manually unlock the rotors with the 4 key before triggering any of the vector timers, if you don't all four controllers for the rotors will crash and you will have to reset them all manually.
- If you cycle the power, you will have restart the timer for the autodoor script
- The ship comes with a 1km radar, but it is off by default, so you will need to turn on the PB to use it.

Ok so I meant to make a whole heap of different pods and pod types for this, but due to problems for me with Space Engineers, all you currently have is the Type 1 Cargo Pod.
