Pumpking Rig Script

This is the rigging script for Pumpking.

---

- This rig script works about the same as biped_simple, only it lacks leg and neck bones.

- VERY IMPORTANT, remember to BAKE PROCEDURAL BONES before applying the rig. The script organizes the numerous cloak bones, and will fail if those bones have not been baked prior.
