Tips
- I left the building free of roads, trees, props, additional lights, etc. in order to let you decorate it just as you like directly in game. For this purpose you can simply use mod More Beautification by Bloody Penguin, follow the instruction written there.
- Of course before plopping the building please make the ground flat and even. You might also find helpful mod Surface Painter to fill the ground additionally with concrete.
- If you would like it to be as a residential, office, etc. please go for RICO mod and set it up locally.
- For best quality try the mod Dynamic Resolution (fixed for 1.6)

Please note I only adapted the existing model from 3D Warehouse SketchUp so full credit goes to original model creator Google Geo Models.

Oh, that is a nice moment to reading your comment mate as just watching your Midtown last year on youtube was a great inspiration and motivation to start working on my NYC.
So as now my assets could be at least small part of your beautiful New York makes me really happy.

My plan? Well, 2 or 3 wall street iconic buildings still left, we'll see...

If that's ok I'd try to encourage you to upload your savegame one day.
Surely it's gonna be a fantastic fun for our community as now Dexter made with his Lindblum.
Just think about it mate...
