Sullen Skies tweaks the Cloud and Overcast system for a selection of IFA3 Terrains.

Features:
Darker, more turbulent clouds,
Base cloud lowered significantly,
No cloudless skies.

Server Owners please note, mod has been resigned with a new server key.

Thanks for getting back, EO! Yeah I'd seen killing the wind completely made it a bit better. I'll meddle with the settings to get them working nicely.

@Cillo, there is nothing i can tweak in the mod to slow the base cloud.
However, I manually override the wind settings as follows:
1% Wind Start
1% Wind Forecast
I think these values are a more realistic interpretation of base cloud movement.

Is it possible to slow the clouds down a bit? Even with lower wind speeds they seem to go at about 200 kph.

it glitched i had to restart arma 3 lol it works now.

nvm i geus. it was weired the skie looked like normal arma 3 until i restarted arma must have been a glitch
