My unit size is back on normal.....
Hi.

So I haven't played Shogun 2 on a while, but last time I played I had 375 men in each unit of Infantry.

But now I'm back on 200 men on each unit? Wtf happend.
Is there a solution?

I had the same thing happen to me when I hit Realm Divide. Spear ashigaru were at 375, then went back down to 200

For all the people having problems with initial unit sizes on ultra, you can fix it by simply:
go to > %appdata%Roaming//the_creative_assembly/shogun2/scripts/preferences.script

change the line
From:
campaign_unit_multiplier 1; # campaign_unit_multiplier <float>, Set default unit multiplier for campaign #

to:
campaign_unit_multiplier 1.00001; # campaign_unit_multiplier <float>, Set default unit multiplier for campaign #
