Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Paint machine broke. I have no Idea how to make an item paintable, so there will probably be some time before I can update it.

Yes, those people.

And this hat would be popular for the exact same reason: Pure paint area. People love giant paintable things to stick to the merc's heads.
