So basically, a bleed effecting Market Gardener with a "hit yourself" penalty? I like it. But isn´t it a lil´ bit too OP? One hit will take down a full health soldier and will leave a Heavy with less than 100 health. (Crockets can kill instantly so... I dunno how to feel about this.) Also, if you hit yourself while rocket jumping. The damage you take is a crit? (Plus the bleed effect that will kill you)

I don't think it's market gardener, more of a melee reserve shooter, since they need to be airborne, but I'd say they have to be launched by your rockets, not punishing people for rocket jumping or being comboed with pyro to make the other teams life a living hell (this with the conch would be too much with that being the case) And I don't think you should crit yourself, then you couldn't even jump without running a serious risk that isnt worth it, but with a little tweaking this'd be a great soldier melee that would actually be used for damage more than it's helpful side effect
