Weird ive never had that issue....
Do you have CSS or HL2? maybe its a game mount thing.

I mounted Both CSS and HL2.(Its patched)

@Lucidies Please note this only uses assets ripped from Dead Rising
so it dosent require any other game to be mounted

I just forgot to include a blank normal map for phong purposes
