How to get the armor:

1. South Shriekwind Bastion - NE of Falkreath (you will have to fight for this armor)

Enter South Shriekwind Bastion. Upon entering, make your way through until you find a rock door that can be activated by pulling a chain. You will have two options, left, and right (up a small flight of stairs). Left is a somewhat longer route, as the route to the right is shorter, but it's up to you if you. Once you reach the "pit" (it will be a largely-circular and open area that has layers/levels that you may need to scale down. Looking down, you may see and hear NPCs in battle.

You will notice there are 3 Bandit Marauders attacking the skeletons, and then you... One of the Bandit Marauders is wearing the Silverlight armor (female only). One of the Bandit Marauders is or should be wearing a full set of Ebony armor (depending on your level I assume) and that same enemy is wielding an important greatsword with a special enchantment, so don't forget to loot him too! The last Bandit Marauder is a generic mage, and isn't holding anything "important", but you can loot him and see what he randomly has.

Bandit 1 (Silverlight): She uses generic melee.
Bandit 2 (Greatsword Wielder): Keep your distance from this one! If you are in melee combat, he will constantly freeze you to where you will be near unable to attack for most of the battle, so keep your distance so he does not do this!
Bandit 3 (Mage): For me, this mage used fire magicka, so use whatever is best to counter his attacks.
